Description

Every year, more than 10 million visitors choose Venice and its monuments as their destination. Thanks to our “skip-the-line” ticket you will completely enjoy your time and fully experience your tour, without stressful and long queues to buy tickets.

Habemus Tours will make you discover Venice, a picturesque city, rich in culture as well. It lies on a lagoon composed of over 100 enchanting islands, such as: Burano, famous for its brightly-coloured houses and its lace; Murano is known worldwide for its traditional art of molding glass, whose production dates back to the year 1200; Sant’Erasmo is especially famous for artichokes and a type of beer flavoured with this vegetable; Giudecca is the second largest island in the entire lagoon.

From the “Ponte dell’Accademia” (bridge) you will be able to appreciate a wonderful view on the “Canal Grande” (Grand Canal); it crosses Venice and is considered the most beautiful “street” in the world. Nearby there are the “Gallerie dell’Accademia” (galleries), where you will have the opportunity to admire the largest collection of Venetian paintings.

You will stroll around Piazza San Marco (St. Mark’s Square), the only true square in Venice; all other urban spaces in the city are actually called “campo” (meaning “field”), for example “Campo Santo Stefano”. You will be amazed at the view of St. Mark’s Square, which is considered one of the most beautiful squares in Italy; in fact, Napoleon defined it as “the most elegant drawing room of Europe”. The “Campanile” (the Bell Tower) towers the square and is surrounded by magnificent buildings rich in history: The Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Basilica.

You will discover all the unique sceneries of Venice, like the beautiful view on the “Ponte dei Sospiri” (Bridge of Sighs) or the small church of “Santa Maria dei Miracoli”; It is considered as a masterpiece of the Early Venetian Renaissance and is known as the “marble church”, because its façade is made of white, pink and serpentine marble.

You will have the opportunity to see Calle Varisco, the narrowest street in Venice (it is only 53 cm wide). Finally, you cannot miss the Ponte di Rialto (the Rialto Bridge), from which you will be able to appreciate another beautiful view on the Grand Canal.
